This means that all our employees, including those who clean our offices or drive our vans, are paid a fair wage. It's calculated annually by the Living Wage Foundation and is based on the real cost of living.
This week is Living Wage Week when the Foundation announces its new rate and celebrates the billions of workers who are able to support their families because of this commitment by their employers.
